Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email containing the tracking information will be sent to you. This will allow you to easily monitor the progress of your shipment.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us at service@atliview.com. Please keep in mind that we strive to process and ship orders within 24 hours, and once the order has shipped you will be subject to our return policy.

Orders are usually processed and delivered within 2 to 10 business days of the order being received.

We collaborate with a diverse range of end-mile delivery companies, ensuring that once your package reaches its destination country, it will be promptly handed over to the competent local courier for final delivery.

Some countries aren't on our list because we can't handle customs or the delivery costs are too high. But don't worry! We can always give a go to get your items shipped to you. If you need more information, please send us an email at service@atliview.com. 

Typically, we'll process your order within two days and get it ready for shipment. However, if you place an order over the weekend, we'll make sure it's sent out on the following Monday.
